Design Build renovations of several facilities, including R&D labs, Process Development labs, office space, and a data center.  The renovations are part of a continuing effort by Emergent to update and expand their facilities, as well as adapt to new product development strategies.

Equilibrium teamed with Southland Industries and Reed & Thomas to provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to Intercell.  The renovation involved approximately 15,000 square feet of cGMP upgrades with a budget of $5 million.

Energy Efficiency Assessment and Facilities Consulting towards creating a more “cGMP” environment.  Consulting efforts were focused on the Germantown Campus.

Design build project providing renovation upgrades to an existing Data Center, including the addition of a CRAC unit and additional UPS backup power.

Renovation of BioReliance’s facility to facilitate their Cell Banking GMP Manufacturing Operations.  The initial project budget was $4.5 million, and the project closed out in July 2008 with a total cost of $3 million.

Equilibrium is currently serving as the design builder on a new Biorepository for Fisher.  The project includes a new HVAC system, as well as substantial power upgrades to their existing facility.
